The Flash Season 3 is coming back to the CW on October 4, and yet the flash cast has no problem dishing out more spoilers or are they. It seems they have enough confidence that the show has more to offer than the information they are providing the fans with.
Here are more things we now know about the third season of the hit CW/DC show the Flash:
- The Flashpoint will have long lasting effects meaning, it will still have effects after the Flashpoint arc is resolved and Barry undoes what he did to cause it in the first place.
- Grant Gustin teased in an interview that Flashpoint will be resolved before the season finale, whether this means that the Flashpoint incident will last throughout the season or if the long lasting effects is what will be sorted out by the end of the season is yet to be seen.
- The long lasting effects were defined in the interview as minor changes, whether these changes no matter how minor will have a significant effect on the events to follow the undoing of the Flashpoint is yet to be seen. However, I am expecting another reset to the Iris and Barry relationship, just like his first time travel experience in season 1 did.
- Grant Gustin in another interview stated that he will be suffering memory loss as his new memories start gradually and slowly replacing his old memories. In the same sense his powers will seem to start fading away like he is forgetting them too. He said, "It's like he has having a full Back to the Future moment where essentially his hand is disappearing in front of him." (The Interview can be found below). That is as well when he realizes how selfish his decision to change things was.
