Today, the first image for Maisie Richardson-Sellers in the Vixen costume has been released by Legends of Tomorrow. The Vixen we will meet in the second season will not be same old Mari McCabe but rather her grandmother Amaya Jiwe, something that is made easier when having a show based on time travel.Sellers was cast to replace Megalyn Echikunwoke who played the Mari McCabe version of Vixen in a guest starring role on the CW's Arrow and who also voiced Vixen in the CW's animated series named after the character. The change in characters and actresses was made due to the engagement of Megalyn with other projects.
Legends of Tomorrow returns to the CW on October 13.
