It is official, Stargirl has been cast into Legends of Tomorrow. The 20 year old Sara Grey has been cast to play the role of the member of the Justice Society of America.
Due to other commitments Megalyn Echikunwoke who plays Vixen on the CW animated series and who also guest starred in the fourth season of Arrow in the same role will not be able to play the role on Legends of Tomorrow. Vixen will rather be played by Maisie Richardson-Sellers. To make up for the change of actresses Maisie will be playing a different Vixen (Amaya Jiwe instead of Mari McCabe)
Mid-Nite and Obsidian who will also be part of the JSA are yet to be cast. Hourman played by Patrick J. Adams (Suits) is already part of JSA as well but that is already known to anyone who watched the finale of the first season.
Rumor has it as well that John Wesley Shipp might as well join the second season in his Earth-3 capacity as Jay Garrick (The Flash) as part of the JSA.
Worth noting as well the the JSA will happen to be a big deal in the second season of Legends of Tomorrow and we already have Mark Guggenheim teasing it on twitter. Check his tweet below.
